Last weekend was jam packed with all sorts of fun bridal things for Michelle. She had 2 bridal showers and a bachelorette party. By the end of the weekend we were all exhausted. But it was so much fun to have the bride in town. The shower on Friday night was hosted by Becky and I. We catered food from Pei Wei, had a time of sharing for Michelle, and then she opened her "personal" gifts. After that, the bachelorette party began! We went to 98 South wine bar in Chandler and had desserts and then moved on to Tempe to the Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar. We celebrated into the morning. Then, on Saturday, Jana hosted a beautiful bridal shower at her home. She played a game I had never played before at a bridal shower. There were 12 baggies with ingredients from the kitchen and you had to guess what they were...but the thing was they were all white powders. I never knew how many ingredients look exactly the same. We had a yummy lunch and Michelle opened many gifts. The rest of the weekend was filled with wedding planning details. (and Aaron and I snuck off for a few hours for Shayne's wedding) Her wedding is quickly approaching...it is 3 weeks from tomorrow!!
