Last week, Aaron had the opportunity to attend a week long leadership conference with Marketplace One. Your are probably wondering, "what is Marketplace One?" Well, that is a great question. This was the inaugural year for the Marketplace One Leadership Institute so they worked hard to define the goals and purpose of this conference . MP1 was formed by a group of successful business men who wanted to share the things that they have learned by being a Christian in the marketplace. The main point of the week was for Christian men and women in the secular world to see that God has them in the marketplace for a purpose and just because they aren't pastors or serving in full-time ministry God can use their workplace as a mission field. There were 29 men and women that attended this conference. They had many great speakers like Wayne Grudem, Barry Asmus, Darryl Delhousaye and more. (I heard they were also fed very well at every meal). The conference was held at the Hyatt indowntown Phoenix. I stayed there for the week with Aaron so it was fun for me too. These pictures are from the graduation banquet on Friday evening. We were honored to have Jim and Sherry attend the banquet as our guests. After dinner we headed up to the Compass Room restaurant to have drinks and view the Phoenix skyline. All in all it was a great week for both of us.

Since I was staying at the Hyatt, Fallon and Branson came on Wednesday for lunch and swimming. Branson is just the cutest little boy and he has grown up so much since the last time I have seen him. He has the sweetest smile and is crawling all over the place.
